Economic evaluation - Economics of Surgery

Surgical interventions need to be subject to economic evaluation involving the comparative assessment of costs and benefits. This research program explores issues surrounding economic techniques required for such evaluation including assessed pre and post operative quaity of life, economic analysis along-side clinical trials and modelling of long-term costs and benefits.
